Tumba Farm is located at 1,776 meters altitude in the Rulindo district of Rwanda, just outside Mukoto. Covering just 1.2 hectares, it has been in operation since 2008 with 12 full-time employees and up to 95 seasonal workers during harvest. It is run by Venuste, a former primary school teacher, who was inspired by his father's long-standing coffee trade to contribute to the community. The quality of the coffee produced under Venuste's careful supervision consistently stands out, earning its place among specialty coffees.

The coffee-making process begins with drying the cherries on raised beds inspired by traditional African structures, allowing for better airflow and even drying. Turned constantly to prevent mold, the cherries dry for 25-30 days before their outer layer is removed, revealing the green coffee beans, which are then carefully stored.
