He grows caturra on 1 hectare, producing 7000 kg of dry coffee annually. A member of the local ACC association for 6 years, Robinson is a founding partner and legal representative, helping to improve processes for small farmers.

In addition to its own production, Robinson works with local farmers who lack adequate processing facilities. He applies a unique double anaerobic fermentation method and uses both mechanical and parabolic dryers in the drying process.
