The Guduba wet mill, established in 2012 at an altitude of 1900-2170 meters, located in Benti Nenka village in Hambela Wamena Wamena, Guji, processes coffee from 589 smallholder farmers, each with 1-2 hectares of land.

Farmers in Guji practice traditional agriculture, often growing coffee with other food crops to maximize land use. The farms are ecologically friendly, with minimal use of fertilizers and pesticides, and most processes, including harvesting, are done by manual labor.

The cherries are picked and delivered to the mill, where they are sorted and processed. After a 24-hour fermentation, the cherries are washed, sorted and soaked for 12-24 hours to remove any impurities. Drying takes place on raised beds for 12-16 days, protected from heat and humidity.
